			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Patru aspectele ale somnului productiv</strong></p>
<p>Somnul este unul dintre lucrurile cele mai importante din viata de zi cu zi. De modul cum dormim depinde memoria, abilitatea de a invata, starea emotionala generala si sanatatea.<br />
Prea mult sau prea putin somn poate avea efecte si influente negative nedorite pe termen lung, influentand direct atat viata personala cat si pe cea profesionala.<br />
E usor a afirma ca e nevoie sa dormi indeajuns, insa nu intotdeauna este si usor de obtinut, mai ales ceea ce se numeste somnul productiv.</p>
<p>Asadar, pe scurt, iata cateva sfaturi pentru a obtine aceasta stare de somn:</p>
<p><strong>1. Asculta-ti trupul</strong><br />
Stim cu totii si credem ca este de ajuns sa dormim 8 ore in fiecare noapte. Insa, conform cercetatorilor americani de la NSF (vezi articol in limba engleza: <a href="http://www.sleepfoundation.org/article/how-sleep-works/how-much-sleep-do-we-really-need">How Much Sleep Do We Really Need ?</a> ) asa ceva nu este un adevar universal valabil.<br />
Cantitatea de ore dormite depind de la individ la individ, sex si alti factori. Asadar, asculta-ti trupul si descopera ceea ce ti se potriveste.</p>
<p><strong>2. Noptile nedormite fi recuperate</strong><br />
Dupa cum afirma cei de la Scientific American (vezi articol in limba engleza <a href="http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=fact-or-fiction-can-you-catch-up-on-sleep">aici</a>), este indeajuns sa mai adaugi cate o ora in plus, in fiecare noapte, pana cand organismul tau va recupera perioada de nesomn.</p>
<p><strong>3. Perioade scurte de relaxare in timpul zilei</strong><br />
Stiu ca pentru unii dintre noi este imposibil, insa o perioada scurta de repaos (maxim 30 de minute), in timpul zilei are efecte miraculoase, mai ales in privinta imbunatatirii productivitatii.</p>
<p><strong>4. Dormi dupa ce ai invatat ceva nou</strong><br />
